Localized dermal malformations (HARMATOMAS) that consist of COLLAGEN; ELASTIC TISSUE; or GLYCOSAMINOGLYCANS. They may be observed on the torso of young children with inherited disorders such as TUBEROUS SCLEROSIS, or as idiopathic isolated lesions. OMIM: 166700
